Melaka-born but a proud lover of Sabah, Mr John Liow values respect and sincerity, treating others how one wants to be treated. After moving to Sabah in 2007 with his wife and two young children, he founded Apibox in 2011 to provide a better life for his family.
With 8 years of hands-on experience, Mr John Liow has worked with families in residential homes to restaurants and hotels. Guiding you with transparency, practicality and care, he promises to treat your home like his own.

Step 1: Get a Draft Quotation
Contact us and send your rough measurements, photos or reference designs. We will provide a draft quote with estimated delivery and installation costs. If you are fine with the budget, let us know that you are interested.
Step 2: Walk-In Measurement & Finalise Invoice
Mr John Liow will personally visit your home to make professional measurements. You’ll then receive a final invoice with no hidden costs. To confirm your order, 50% deposit will be paid first.
Step 3: Installation & After-Sales Care
This is where we handle the rest, from delivery to installation and quality checks. After installation is done, 40% of the invoice is paid as progressive payment. Mr John Liow will personally inspect the project after "paitong" (cementing) to ensure quality before final handover. Then, the remaining 10% is paid, and we’re still here for you with ongoing support and maintenance if needed.

Are you based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah? Yes, we are! We provide our services to areas around Kota Kinabalu, Sabah until Tuaran. Contact us for more information if you are located in Sabah but further than Tuaran. Rest assured, we also have experience servicing clients even in Keningau!
Do you have a showroom? It’s coming soon! We are transitioning from a fully-online business to an omnichannel in order to better serve you. Our showroom is still undergoing renovation, so remember to follow us on Facebook to receive more updates! For now, you can still view our products in person by arranging a meetup with Mr John Liow. He will bring the products to show you in person. Typically, our clients ask Mr John to directly visit their house, leading to a consultation too!
How do I get a quotation? There are two types of quotations you can get! Just contact Apibox on Messenger or WhatsApp Mr John Liow at +60138866848. Then, tell us the product you are interested in and the rough measurement. We will get back to you with a draft quotation first. If you are interested to place order, Mr John Liow will head to your house to get professional measurements before issuing you an invoice (second quotation)!
How do I know the measurements of my doorway, window hole or shower area? Rest-assured, it’s simple! We only need the rough measurements to give you a draft quotation. You may estimate the width and height through a few ways: • Visualise through the floor tiles on your floor. If your floor tiles are 2 feet x 2 feet, you may use that to estimate the measurements of your doorway, window hole or shower area. • Download a VR measurement app, for example “AR Plan 3D Tape Measure, Ruler” by Grymala, available on App Store and Play Store. Use it to get the measurements easily! • You may also ask your architect/contractor for the measurements or floor plan that includes the doors/windows. • If you are still uncertain, you may get the walk-in service from Mr John Liow to visit your place and make professional measurements. Do take note that there will be a service fee, but you will be provided the measurements to keep!
