Step 1: Get a Draft Quotation
Contact us and send your rough measurements, photos or reference designs. We will provide a draft quote with estimated delivery and installation costs. If you are fine with the budget, let us know that you are interested.
Step 2: Walk-In Measurement & Finalise Invoice
Mr John Liow will personally visit your home to make professional measurements. You’ll then receive a final invoice with no hidden costs. To confirm your order, 50% deposit will be paid first.
Step 3: Installation & After-Sales Care
This is where we handle the rest, from delivery to installation and quality checks. After installation is done, 40% of the invoice is paid as progressive payment. Mr John Liow will personally inspect the project after "paitong" (cementing) to ensure quality before final handover. Then, the remaining 10% is paid, and we’re still here for you with ongoing support and maintenance if needed.
